Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for subscriptions to the EzCods platform. It applies to payments made to EzCods through PhonePe Payment Gateway and other authorised processors.
1. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your admin dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
2. Refunds
- New subscriptions: if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided the Services have not been substantially used or abused.
- Renewals: renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun.
- Duplicate / failed transactions: any amount charged in error or debited for a failed transaction is refunded in full.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method through PhonePe / the original payment gateway. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though the time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or provider.
4. How to request a refund
Email founder@ezcods.com with your registered email, payment reference / transaction ID, and the reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.
5. Products sold by merchants
EzCods provides the software for stores. Where you purchase goods or services from a store built on our platform, the refund and cancellation terms of that individual merchant apply to that purchase.
