These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EzCodsplatform, websites and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by EzCods("EzCods", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The service

EzCods is a software-as-a-service platform that lets businesses build and host websites and online stores on their own domain. You are responsible for the content you publish, the products or services you sell, and for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

3. Plans, billing & payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout (monthly or yearly). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Online payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway partner, PhonePe Payment Gateway, and other authorised processors. By making a payment you also agree to the terms and policies of the relevant payment processor. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank credentials on our servers; these are handled securely by the payment gateway.

You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of the Services.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

publish unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or harmful content;
sell prohibited or restricted goods or services;
attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform;
send spam or violate any person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.

5. Refunds & cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The EzCods platform, its templates, and its software are owned by EzCods and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely to provide the Services.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity. You may cancel at any time from your admin dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzCods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
